Football weekly

http://www.guardian.co.uk/podcast/0,,329566055,00.xml

It's with James Richardson (used to do Serie A on Channel 4) as well as a few others. In today's one he's also talking to Sid Lowe who is based in Spain and who I post a lot of his articles here.

Actually one of the guys who presents the 'One the Ball' show which I mentioned above guest presented the Guardian one last week. They do a piece on Liverpool and Rafa with Sid Lowe who I post some of his articles in here. He's based in Spain.

You get iTunes. It's a media application where you can play songs or download them. You download a podcast like a song and it will play whatever the podcast is. This could be a radio programme or a section of one. But once you download it, you can update it to get the latest version of whatever the podcast is. So you can download the football weekly podcast from somewhere. Play it, listen to what they say. And then update it next week to get the one from that week.
