Liverpool returned to winning ways with a 2-1 home win over Wigan in the Premiership. Fernando Torres marked his 100th Liverpool appearance with his 61st goal for the Reds, whilst David Ngog had earlier opened the scoring with a fine header. Ngog now has 6 goals to his name in what is proving to be a good season for him. Torres leads the scorer chart with 11 goals.

Liverpool is good but i think there is a sticking misfortune that seems to creep in the second half of the league games. Or what can you say of the erratic performance since then.
