Steven Gerrard and Fernando Torres resurrected their goal-scoring partnership as Liverpool edged Blackburn 2-1 at Anfield in the Premiership. Gerrard netted his 2nd goal in as many games after some good build up play with Yossi Benayoun. Fernando Torres then scored the winner when he slammed in a Maxi Rodriguez cross at the end of the 1st half. Torres now has 13 goals to his name this season, whilst Gerrard has 8.
